The biggest way that teamwork has influenced my life would be the developement and the projects done at film club. ( At my school Sparrows Point High School) I needed names on a petition for it to start and had 95 signitures with a team of five people. We promoted the club and searched for a room and a teacher to host it for us.We also pitched the idea to the principle together. He approve it and then the film club started at December 1, 2010.

The next thing that we had to cover was how it was going to be organized. The first meeting was terrible but the next meeting we tried again with a agenda but again it failed. We brainstormed a plan together to figure out a way for it to succeed. We split the responsibilities up together and that made it successful. We gave each division jobs and it occupied everyone and was much more productive. I simply supervised the whole organization. Without  teamwork I wouldn't be able to manage film club to succeed into it's second year in the school.

I plan on working on the feild of multi-media after I have completed my educational goals. I have 3 careers that I wish to attempt after college, this includes film directing,animation, and video game design. I am not sure which of these goals will I go after first but I am sure that I plan on becoming all three sometime in my life. I have no true favoritism for one over the other but they are all have different reasons for why I plan to achieve them.

I enjoy film for the challenge of completeing the projects at hand. I like the leadership role that is required to be a film director. ( balancing the crew's schedule and keeping production under the budget). I would have to try to stay with the script and please my superiors( production companies). I believe that I could handle the stress involved with being a film director. Also animation is long and requires patiences which is something that I believe that I have. I also like the unity and trust aspect with animation as well. We have to trust each other to make the other scenes correctly.( One person doesn't make the scenes for an entire cartoon.) A video game designer is one of my career goals becuase of several reasons. I love playing video games, but I would also like to add different types of games into play. Everyone knows about the different game types ( first-shooter, racing, platform, etc.) but we are we limited to just those? I plan on reaching out to create new types of games, completely original but not too abstract. My inspiration for all of these goals all came from my creativity.
